Wyatt Dudgeon joined WRG in 2021 as an investment analyst. His primary responsibilities include analyzing new venture investments and supporting portfolio companies. Since 2015, Wyatt has been actively involved in the Detroit startup ecosystem. Prior to WRG, Wyatt held several positions at the Techstars Mobility Accelerator, working alongside three separate startup cohorts. Wyatt also was a venture scout for Plug & Play Tech Center.

Wyatt is a co-founder and current board member of the nonprofit YouthTank Detroit, an action-based learning platform for youth entrepreneurship in the heart of Detroit's innovation corridor.

Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He was awarded a fellowship with the University Michigan College of Engineering, where he researched underfunded venture ecosystems. He also was a founding cohort member of the University of Michigan's first undergraduate-led venture capital club, UpRound VC, initially centered on bridging the Midwest's capital allocation divide.
